1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies when you visit AutoStudio, create an account, join a workspace, upload vehicle photos, generate an image set, purchase credits, or contact us. The AutoStudio operator is the controller for account and service data. Business identity and direct privacy contact details must be added here before public commercial launch.
2. Information we collect
- Account information, including your email address and authentication records.
- Workspace information, including workspace name, membership and role.
- Vehicle and media information you provide, including car labels, uploaded photos, chosen studio settings and generated outputs.
- Transaction records, including credit purchases, balance movements, refunds and evidence of any withdrawal waiver. We do not receive full card details.
- Technical and security data, including logs, request identifiers, device or browser information, and records used to prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
3. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you; create and manage workspaces; classify, generate, validate and deliver image sets; process payments; protect the service; prevent duplicate trial use; meet accounting and legal duties; and communicate service events such as invitations and completed sets.
4. Image processing and AI
Uploaded photos are normalized before generation. Embedded metadata such as GPS coordinates, device identifiers and timestamps is removed during this process. Images and relevant instructions are then sent to the service providers needed to classify and generate the requested output. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use.
5. Service providers
We rely on specialist providers for hosting, database and authentication, image generation, transactional email, operational monitoring and payment processing. Stripe processes checkout and acts as seller of record where indicated during purchase. Providers may process data in other countries under the safeguards available in their contracts and applicable law.
6. Retention
Completed images remain available for download for 90 days. Certain upload attestations, compliance decisions, payment evidence and related audit records may be retained for up to 24 months. Other account and workspace data is kept while the account is active and for a limited period afterwards where needed for security, disputes, accounting or legal obligations.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal data, object to certain processing, or complain to a supervisory authority. You can also leave a shared workspace or ask its owner to remove you. Submit a request using the operator contact shown in the product or on your purchase receipt. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
8. Cookies
AutoStudio uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, complete secure email-link authentication, remember an active workspace and safely redeem an invitation. We do not describe optional advertising cookies here because the current product does not require them.
9. Security and changes
We use access controls, short-lived links, restricted storage, encrypted transport and tenant-level authorization to protect data. No service can promise absolute security. We may update this policy as the product or law changes, and will post a new effective date when we do.
