1. Agreement and operator
By using AutoStudio, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use AutoStudio for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business. The legal name, registered address and direct contact details of the AutoStudio operator must be inserted here before public commercial launch.
2. The service
AutoStudio helps users turn uploaded vehicle photos into consistent studio-style listing images. The service may classify photos, exclude unsuitable images, apply selected compliance settings, generate new backgrounds, validate outputs and package completed images for download. AI-generated results can vary and must be reviewed before publication.
3. Your account and workspace
You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity performed through your AutoStudio session. A workspace owner can invite or remove members. Members share access to workspace cars and credit balances; purchasing and owner-only controls remain with the owner. Do not share invitation or sign-in links with anyone who should not have access.
4. Your photos and rights
You keep your rights in uploaded photos and vehicle information. You grant us and our service providers the limited permission needed to store, process, transform and deliver that content. You must own the photos or have permission to use them, and you must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful or privacy-invasive content.
5. Generated outputs
Subject to payment and applicable law, you may use delivered outputs for vehicle marketing and listings. You are responsible for checking that the car, its condition, features, plate treatment and listing description are accurate. Do not use an output to conceal damage, misrepresent the vehicle, impersonate another dealer, or create a misleading listing.
6. Credits, pricing and tax
One credit pays for one delivered image. Credits are prepaid, are spent across cars in the workspace and do not expire under the current offer. The exact price, tax treatment and seller of record are shown before purchase. Stripe handles payment details; AutoStudio does not receive full card data.
You are never charged for a set that fails validation.
A new workspace can render a limited number of images without buying credits. Those images carry an AutoStudio watermark, are limited per workspace, and are not credits: they cannot be transferred, refunded or converted, and buying credits does not remove the watermark from images already delivered.
7. Immediate supply and withdrawal
Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, checkout may ask you to request immediate access to purchased credits and acknowledge the consequence in this wording: “I ask for my credits to be made available immediately, and I accept that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once they are.” This does not limit any non-waivable statutory right or a remedy for a service that was not supplied as agreed.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep AutoStudio available, but generation providers, hosting services and payment systems can fail or change. We may suspend the service for security, maintenance, misuse or legal reasons. We may change features or prices prospectively; a change does not alter credits already purchased unless law requires it.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, attempts to bypass credit accounting, infringement, abusive automated use, threats to the service or legal necessity. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
10. Disclaimers and liability
AutoStudio is provided with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that every source photo can be rendered, that every output will be suitable for a specific marketplace, or that using the service will increase views, enquiries, price or speed of sale. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any additional liability cap and governing-law clause should be completed by qualified counsel for the operator’s jurisdiction before launch.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as AutoStudio evolves. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where required, communicated in the product or by email. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply.
