Pick your lane
Two kinds of customers, two ways to earn. Start with one.
- Private sellers: one car, one sale, a higher price per set. Fast to close, no repeat business.
- Dealers and car lots: lower price per car, but 10 to 100 cars a month, every month. Slower to close, recurring once they say yes.

Find listings that need you
Look for listings where better photos would clearly change the result.
- Photos taken outside: streets, parking lots, gardens, garages, bad weather or harsh sun.
- Price range that justifies it: roughly €5,000 to €80,000. Above that, the car is worth a proper set; below it, owners rarely pay.
- Fresh listings (last 7 days) or listings that are clearly not selling (price already dropped).
- Skip listings that already have professional or studio photos.

Make a free sample in 2 minutes
A sample of their own car does the selling for you. Nobody ignores their car in a studio.
- Save one good exterior photo from the listing (front three-quarter works best).

- Ask if you may use the result as an example. Real examples are your best advertising.

- Walk in or message car lots with 2 or 3 before and after examples from their own stock.
- Offer a per-car price (€8 to €15 per car) or a monthly deal for all their new stock.

Play it clean
- Follow each platform's messaging rules. One personal message per seller, never bulk messages.

- Do not collect phone numbers or personal data into lists. Talk through the platform chat.
- Blur or keep the number plate as it is in the listing. Never invent details about the car.
