NewThe AutoStudio playbookHow to earn money selling studio photos to car sellers. Free.Read it

Results you can inspect

The car you photographed, in a room you chose.

AutoStudio swaps the background and nothing else. Every generated image is measured against your original photo before it is delivered, and anything that drifts is re-rendered or excluded rather than quietly passed through.

The level of detail we preserve

Every flaw survives the edit.

A studio photo that flatters the car past the truth is worse than a bad photo, because the buyer finds out in the car park. The render is a pixel copy of your car with the location taken away, so what you sell is what they saw.

The car itself

  • Paint colour, finish and every body line
  • Panel gaps, badges, model lettering and grille inserts
  • Lights, glass, mirrors and what the mirrors reflect
  • Wheels, centre caps and tyre lettering
  • Upholstery, stitching, screens and what is displayed on them

The car’s history

  • Scratches, stone chips and dents
  • Swirl marks, scuffs and paint defects
  • Dust, fingerprints, protective film and stickers
  • Soft, blurred or dirty in the photo stays soft, blurred and dirty
  • A healed scratch is a failed edit, not a bonus

The photograph

  • Camera position, height, distance, tilt and focal length
  • Where the car sits in the frame, its size and its angle of turn
  • Whatever the frame cuts off stays cut off in the same place
  • The number plate, copied across including the small print
  • Nothing is invented in areas the original photo never showed

And the short list of what does change

The background

The location is replaced by the studio room you selected, and only the room.

Reflections

Highlights on paint, glass, chrome and trim are re-lit to match the new room.

Listing-site branding

A portal logo stamped into the corner of the source photo does not survive, because it was never part of the car.

The quality gate

Measured, not eyeballed.

Each finished image is compared with your original at 1,024 pixels on the long edge. Up to 1,200 feature points are matched between the two, and the geometry they agree on has to fall inside a fixed band. These are the numbers, not a description of them.

A shot that misses is re-rendered with adjusted settings. If it keeps missing it is excluded from the set rather than delivered, and it costs you nothing.

MeasureWhat it catchesLimit
RotationThe car quietly turned to a more flattering angle2.0° maximum
ScaleThe camera pushed in or pulled back0.8× to 1.62×
PositionThe car re-centred or slid across the frame9% of frame, maximum
Feature matchA redrawn car, or a different one20+ agreeing points
Background swapThe empty room returned with no car in it10%+ of pixels changed
Room identityA result too close to the bare studio platebeyond 14 hash steps
Wall integrityInvented panelling, texture or dimpling on the studio wallmeasured against the plate
Corner residueA portal logo half-erased into the studio wallcorner detail vs the plate

When a measurement lands close to a limit, the image is escalated to a vision model for a second opinion, and its answer is only accepted above 60% confidence. Anything less is treated as a failure and re-rendered.

The promise behind the price

“You are never charged for a set that fails validation.”

One credit pays for one delivered image. Classification, excluded shots and generation retries do not spend credits.
